Hello John, We understand that punctuality is important to our customers. We are very sorry for the disruption to your sailing and for the impact this had on your travel plans, especially while travelling with a young baby. All doors on the car deck will remain closed until the announcement has been made to get ready for disembarkation. My sincerest apologies if there was an issue onboard that day. Regular inspections are made to ensure the doors are in working order but we would advise to bring any issues to the attention of the crew onboard. We do also have lifts on all our car ferries. I am sorry once again but I do appreciate you sharing your review as we are always looking for ways we can improve. I do hope if you choose to travel with us again, we can provide a more enjoyable experience.

Hello Julie, I do apologise you feel this way. The reason for the delays when you travelled is due to a mechanical issue on St Clare which our teams worked very hard to resolve. This information was sent out in both a text message and email and on looking at your booking, can see these were both received. However, your feedback has been noted that you do not feel like it was a valid reason and moving forward, hopefully we can learn from this and improve our service.

We do have to limit these passes in order to offer the significant reduction in price that our Multilink Vehicle passes offer and therefore, would always advise to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
