It is stipulated on our website and also in the welcome email that pots and pans are available to hire as an optional extra but I appreciate that you may not have realised this but if you had let me know, I would of course have provided some for you. But we accept this criticism and are now going to provide cooking pans as standard at no additional cost. Whilst the toilet is not old and is in pristine condition, I accept that the seat had come a little loose so I would have appreciated you alerting me to this so that we could rectify it. There is a bin in the main part of the Wigwam and we also provide a large bin bag for additional waste. We used to provide a small bin in the shower room but found it was rarely used but we will consider adding these again. Thank you again for your comments, they will help us improve our service.
