We are very glad to hear that you were happy with the products ordered but sincerely apologise that the delivery service was disappointing on this occasion. Unfortunately, we do not have control of how the local courier depots map out their daily routes or how they load their vans, so this is a little out of our hands I'm afraid. However, they should be planning this as consciously and ergonomically as possible to ensure all parcels reach their destination as quickly and safely as possible. The comments have been passed on to DPD relating to this order. Again, we would just like to sincerely apologise on their behalf for any inconvenience and concern caused on this occasion.
At WBC, we are always looking for ways to improve our products and service, with environmental impact at the forefront of this. This is something very important to us and we have chosen our couriers with this in mind as they use electric vans, as an example.
