Very pleased by the prompt delivery. Just one niggle: one of the long dividers was wrong pattern, i.e. for a different number of glasses. Gaffer tape and a craft knife created a workable modification.

Thanks very much for your review - this feedback is much appreciated. However, we are sad to hear that our selection of bags in recent times hasn't been what you are looking for and apologise for any disappointment caused. After passing on your comments to the Product Manager, they have taken these comments on board for future product planning. We have reached out to you via email a couple times to get more of an idea of what your ideal vision would be but yet to hear back sadly. The Product Manager has advised that all bottle bags are designed in house and refreshed annually, to keep things fresh and hopefully inspiring for customers. We are also focusing on Sustainable Offering; our new bottle bags are now unlaminated with paper handles – leading the market! If you would still like to pass over any ideas of what you think we are missing or things you would like to see, please do not hesitate to get in touch on sales@wbc.co.uk or 02077374040 as this would be super helpful.
