The website is good and the service was very helpful through the selection and booking process. After that zero contact-no follow up which was not helpful.

Wish Sicily were very easy to deal with but payment methods were frustrating as there was a premium for paying by card and the alternative of international bank transfer is also costly.

I'm glad you've enjoyed your stay and the service overall.
Please note that we work closely with property owners and service provided by Laura was actually managed in partnership with her and you dealt directly with her in order to speed up the booking procedure due to the very short notice given (same day of your arrival).
Last minute services are usually more expensive due to the difficulty in finding alternative availability at a more competitive price. I'd like to suggest you to book well in advance in order to get lower prices next time, so I hope we'd have you back to Sicily soon and have a second chance re service pricing.
