grazie per il suo feedback.

A seguito del suo commento sul cattivo odore proveniente dai bagni, abbiamo oggi stesso individuato il problema in un gomito del sifone che si era staccato all'interno del tombino dove confluiscono gli scarichi.

Se aveste comunicato il problema durante il soggiorno, avremmo potuto risolvere il problema nell'immediato.

Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, ad oggi non ci era pervenuto alcun commento negativo da parte di ospiti passati. Anche qui, se aveste segnalato la cosa, non avremmo esitato a fornire una pulizia supplementare.

Tuttavia, sono felice che, in generale, il soggiorno e la villa siano statoi di vostro gradimento.
