Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We have checked the confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of the order and can confirm the PDF build instructions were included. The liner provided is a universal size which is to be cut to length in order to fit the pond purchased by the customer. Cutting the liner to the correct length will minimize any bunching described. If you require a new liner or any additional dowels or blocks, please send some photographs of the problem to us at admin@woodblocx.co.uk and we will be happy to send you replacements.
