We're sorry that you felt we didn't communicate with you during the delivery process; this is highly unusual, so we will investigate and see where lessons may be learned. Our standard liner on our website is 5 x 4 meters; we understand that this is not always the perfect fit for every bed but it allows enough cover for most. Should you choose to purchase again, we will be all too happy to arrange a quote for a bespoke, welded liner should you prefer.
