Hi and thank you for taking the time to leave feedback - we're glad you love the product! I'm sorry on your retailers behalf for the less than perfect experience you had with the fit. We don't recommend sticking wood directly to chipboard as plywood is more stable, which may have been why the fitters chose to overlay with plywood. Hi Hannah, that would be great! We have underfloor heating, I don't know if that is a factor, would you expect the floor to lift with underfloor heating? thanks, Paula

Hi Paula, no problem - Kirk from our Customer Support team will give you a call to help. The flooring is compatible with underfloor heating so we wouldn't expect it to be lifting, provided the fitting and aftercare guidelines are followed. Best, Hannah
