Hi, thanks for your feedback. We received images of your floor in October and were able to confirm that the knots within the boards are within our specifications and tolerance limitations. They are the same kind and size of knots that appear in the photograph of our Chepstow Rustic Oak photograph but I would also like to highlight that natural wood flooring has its own individual character and the physical limitations of the photography and printing process mean that we cannot guarantee your floor will look identical to the illustration. We always recommend viewing large samples at a nearby retailer to get the best representation of your floor before purchasing. We responded on the 15th October with some further questions which we hoped might help further but didn't hear back. Could I please check whether you received our email to make sure there wasn't a technical issue our end? Best, Hannah

Hi Amanda, thanks for the further details. A plank with woodworm holes certainly shouldn't have made it past our quality control process - they should have been filled during the factory finishing stage. So I do apologise that you have received a plank with these defects. They can however, be easily filled and refinished by your floor fitter without the need for a plank replacement. Unfortunately, as the manufacturer we're unable to provide delivery information direct to you but do supply delivery details to your retailer, for them to pass on to you.
