Hi again Thomas, we have spoken to your retailer regarding the unopened packs and they have explained that as the packs were within the 10% wastage amount, they wouldn't normally accept returns for these. Hi Hannah. Well I could, but as I said, I have bleached and re-stained the worst dozen or so planks...so you won't get a true impression. There are still some wide variations though. Please send direct email address. Thanks
