Hi again Roger, I've had a chat to the team and can only apologise that the initial mistake involving the incorrect flooring being sent was a fault on our behalf. It was a manufacturing error that resulted in the skirting being supplied with an incorrect profile, I again apologise on our behalf. Very sorry for the few days delay that were caused by getting these problems sorted but glad to hear that you're happy with the product you received. Best wishes, Hannah

Hi Simon, thanks for your feedback and it's great to hear that you're pleased with your flooring. It's normal for a floated floor to have a little bit of bounce overall but if your floor feels uneven in places then this might suggest that the subfloor in these places is uneven. Was the subfloor checked by your fitter beforehand? We recommend that it should be flat with bumps and dips not exceeding 3mm over a 2m area. Do get back in touch if I can be of any further help.
