Micky mouse company. After the watch had a fault I had to send it back and pay for the postage myself. Then in email correspondence I was called a liar about the fault.

We received your watch back and could not find/see the fault that you were describing, we processed your refunded but did not refund your return postage as we were not responsible for this. At no time did we call you a liar! Customer Care Department.

Very efficient service - I was kept updated on progress with engraving and delivery and item arrived promptly. The engraving was lovely and a wonderful personal touch.
