Your order was not processed due to transnational concerns raised by banking security, funds were not held by us but held by the banks due to concerns. We are always sorry not to fulfill an order but must treat all orders we great care and will not process high risk orders so protecting the cardholders. We offered alternative ways to pay such as PayPal but these were not sadly accepted. Customer Care Department.
