Poor delivery. Asked for it to be delivered monday, it came Saturday when I was on holiday!

Your parcel was dispatched on Friday as requested for delivery on Monday and it seems Royal Mail were too efficient and tried to deliver it early, we are sorry if this caused an inconvenience. The box you received was as displayed on the website and is Woodfords Official Sterling Silver Presentation Box, apologies if the silver was slightly tarnished upon receipt this is most unusual as we normally check all products before they are dispatched. We are more than happy to offer a 28 days no quibble refund as per our T's & C's. Customer Care Department.
