THIS IS A FOLLOW UP REVIEW...TOP SERVICE! TOP PRODUCT! I must say that the Framed Picture Company are top draw. After posting my previous review the FPC contacted me and assured me that the issue would be resolved. The lady on the phone was excellent, I believe her name was Lisa, Lisa said the item would be picked up by a courier the next day & have the new item within a week. True to her & the FPC word the item arrived within a week & I must say I am more than happy with the product. many thanks for the fast & professional way that the issue was resolved in. :)
