Thank you for your review of The Framed Picture Company. We are disappointed to hear that you are not entirely satisfied with your framed print. Our 'quality monitor' only rates the size of the JPEG. The 'fuziness' in your picture appears only at the front of the image not the back, indicating that this is shutter speed issue. If you would like to discuss this further, please call our customer service team.
