We are aware that scaling low resolution JPEG files can be problematic and to avoid problems of this nature there is an 'Image Quality' tool on the 'Choose Your Image Size' page. Unfortunately, according to the 'Image Quality' tool the resolution of JPEG file uploaded was 'borderline', explaining the 'fuzziness' of your picture.
