We are so sorry to hear this Sam, all items were posted out to you, we shipped on time and with all the correct documentation and shipping paid. We can only guess you have been charged further duty and tax (VAT)in Spain. We have written and complained to the HRMC about this problem as you are paying VAT here and then getting charged again, we are still awaiting a response.
Sadly it appears that the pen has been stolen on it's journey but we will try and replace the pen without you having to pay further charges.
