Items got delivered after 7 days although zippi claimed they dispatched the item using First class postage.

We are sorry to hear this. Due to Royal Mail strikes we are finding that items are taking longer to get through hence the delay. We have a lot of messaging about this in the basket that if you do choose Royal Mail instead of courier delivery then it is likely to take longer.
