The hotel met our needs. Location was very good between Historic Philly and meusems we wanted to see. Convention center area had a good number of homeless but not an issue.

The front desk when o first checked in were very rude and unhelpful. Had no idea that there was nowhere to park to even check in. The only reason I gave it 1 star is that the valet parking attendants

Great location. Friendly staff. Humidity levels in corridors extremely high. Drainage in sinks was really slow. Breakfast buffet was super crowded and food was always empty.
