How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Solid hotel. I wasn't always able to connect to the front desk when needed. They're large and busy but overall great experience.

Location was great..not far from the interstate. Our room was spacious and clean. The reason I gave 4 stars was the staff. Upon arriving, we entered the lobby looking for the front desk to check in.
