Fabulous place. We love the classic hotel feel. Beautiful lobby and very nice furniture. Excellent staff, very helpful and courteous. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
The towels were very hard. The food was cold. Our room cards did not work several days. There were lights out in our bathroom and the fan in the bathroom did not work very well. The shower had mold in

Have had other positive experiences with Hampton Inns. This location in Pendleton Oregon was perfect for our needs. Hotel, staff and room were great. Plenty of parking. Close to town and the freeway.
The hotel has no elevator! Was not the cleanest, short on towels almost had to beg for more towels.
