Very pleased with my cleaner and service great.

We are so pleased with this product we've ordered for upstairs & downstairs & recommended to friends. Easy to make up & easy to use.

Very light but picks up well the only thing I don't like is it drags when you pull it back as it has 2 longish combs at the front. Good value for money.

It doesn't have the suction of some others but is easy and practical to use

I find the system K9 very easy to use. It is lightweight and easy to manoeuvre with the weight at the base and not the hand. I find this an advantage. The handheld unit and car kit could be more power

Great kit. Light. No anoying vaccum hoses or cleaner falling down the stairs mid vacuum. Easy to empty cartridge. No waseful bags Good charge Easy to store or looks nice left out!
