have arranged a policy to cover an empyty property need the email proving this so i can complete on this house and havent received it so will be on the phone to see what has happened

We thank you for your feedback and are sorry we haven’t lived up to you expectations. We always do our best to find the right balance between cost and quality of cover, but occasionally we have to accept that we won’t be the cheapest. In terms of the cost to cancel, I just wanted to clarify that we didn’t charge you any fees to cancel. Having accounted for the amount returned by the insurers, the amount you ended up paying was simply to cover the cost of the insurance cover you had (i.e. we did not add any fees). Kind Regards, Lee
