I have never had to raise a claim or anything, but when I initially took out the policy they were very helpful and it was easy to set up. It's also easy to renew each year.

Yes good service, the only thing I would say is emailing me in May for an end of June payment which to my mind is too early. No way am I going to pay in May for an end of June payment.
