Issues around booking. Wrong flight times notified and Arena were reluctant to admit their mistake and reimburse extra cost incurred. Poor and sometimes no response to emails sent.

I am sorry that you had some issues around the flight time information that was provided when you booked and the time this took to investigate and respond, for which we apologise. I am pleased however that you rated the holiday positively although we also note your point regarding the hotel location.  We have used the Hotel Forayor for several visits and had positive feedback regarding its location overlooking the fjord and city, although we appreciate that it was not centrally located in Torshavn.  Thank you for this feedback and we hope to welcome you on another Stitchtopia holiday in the near future.
