Thank you for your feedback.  We are delighted that overall you enjoyed your holiday, particularly the guide, itinerary and hotels, all put together by Arena Travel, 'the travel company'.  We do however apologise for the length of time it took to get a response to your request to spend an extra night, we are unfortunately reliant upon our suppliers when it comes to these additional requests and we will investigate this matter to ensure that such responses are sped up in the future.  Once again thank you for your feedback and we look forward to hopefully welcoming you on another of our holidays in the near future.
