Many thanks for your feedback on the 30th Official Queen Fan Club event last November.  Overall this event was deemed a great success with over one thousand plus attendees at this celebration and I am pleased that you rated our service as +ve and that you thought we were easy to work with.   I am however sorry that you were not happy with your accommodation and catering at Pontin's in Southport .  We were not made aware of your dissatisfaction at the event, if you had raised this with one of our team that were present we could have addressed this at the time.  We did return to Southport for this event last year as it was the most requested from previous events.  This year’s event, the 31st Queen Convention, is at the Golden Sands Holiday Park Mablethorpe, Lincs and our team have inspected the accommodation and are happy that we are on for another excellent event and it would be great to see you there.
