Many thanks for your feedback on the 30th Official Queen Fan Club event last October.  Overall this event was deemed a great success with over one thousand plus attendees at this celebration.  We are pleased that you were very satisfied with the service from Arena Travel but sorry that you were not happy with your accommodation and we have looked back at our records and saw that we were in communication with you in November regarding this matter.  We were not made aware of your dissatisfaction at the event, if you had raised this with one of our team that were present we could have attempted to address this at the time.  We did return to Southport for this event last year as it was the most requested from previous events.  This year’s event, the 31st Queen Convention, is at the Golden Sands Holiday Park Mablethorpe, Lincs and our team have inspected the accommodation and are happy that we are on for another excellent event and it would be great to see you there.
