Point of contact (Lisa) is just brilliant she does her very best to get you what you want. Can't say anymore than excellent. Also Arena choose very good hotels with bridge players in mind.

Organisation was very good. Only downside was the bus from Seattle. A terrible smell of diesel fumes from the air conditioning and not the standard of bus expected from a company like Arena.

I would prefer an arrangement in which we book our own flights. The outbound Easyjet passenger management at Gatwick was chaotic.
