Thank you for taking the time to review us on TrustPilot. We have taken comments regarding last year's venue and accommodation on board and have moved to Pontins Southport this year which has apartments rather than caravans and a much larger room. Don't know who was responsible for the stage,, sound, etc, but it wasn't good.

Arena Travel have always been brilliant in the past at the Queen conventions. The organisation has been second to none. Until last year - 2014. It was awful.

I have had to chase Arena at the time of booking, for an invoice and for a reminder when the time came to pay the balance. Five years ago it was much more efficient than it is now.
