Thank you so much for your comments regarding our email system.  I am sorry that is such a tedious process and I absolutely see your point.  The system is built through our web platform and designed to keep a trail of all customer emails back and forth so that no matter who you contact at AWarehouseFull anyone would be able to assist you without requiring you to "fill them in"  Our customer service manager will be contacting you through your direct email to make sure that we have done what we can to streamline the email process for you in the future.  Again, thank you for your comments as we welcome the opportunity to improve the AWarehouseFull experience for our valued customers.
