Thank you for your feedback. Our records indicate that FedEx misdelivered your shipment. This error at delivery happened on 2-22-2023 and we were not informed until 2-24-2023. When we were informed we immediately contacted FedEx to add more information to the case your team had already initiated. This helps facilitate the process for FedEx/the driver to locate the shipment and confirm additional details of their delivery. During our call, you inquired about the possibility of picking up a shipment, this was an option, but we were approximately 4 hours from you, and you informed us you did not have the staff to complete a pick-up. Because Froth-Paks are fully regulated HAZMAT we are unable to ship these in an expedited manner, and therefore unable to get you a replacement as quickly as needed, in the end, you opted to potentially source it locally since your project was time sensitive and the error caused by FedEx would cause drastic delays for your team. We understand that this experience is frustrating and we are working with FedEx & our FedEx account manager in hopes to get this resolved. For additional information, or, if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
