Stil have not received policy after 10 days. No telephone number to contact on your email will have to find it now and hope I get the right phone number. Not good enough as paid for policy up front.

We send out all policy documents as soon as the policy is taken out, however in this case it appears that we were unsuccessful in doing so. We have put a copy of your policy in the first class post so you should receive it shortly. We have also sent the documents to your email address. Again apologies for any inconvenience caused.
