It was good that the phone was answered in person and that person new answers to my questions. Other companies used a menu of numbers to reach someone who was often not fully aware of answers.

Phone was answered quickly by a very pleasant young lady who was efficiant and polite. Email recieved with reciept for payment straight away and insurance documents emailed shortly afterwards
