Staff member was very courteous and helpful when I made a phone call about my very first order. Delivery to my home was very prompt. Grandchildren really loved the product. Will be ordering again.

Thank you for your review. The mallows we keep in the packaging from the factory, these are not repacked to prevent using extra plastic. We are currently reviewing an option for recyclable packaging but so far we haven't found one that provides the shelf live that we need. We will continue the search.
