Very poor service, the fee that was taken from my final settlement was much more than was previously stated. The whole experience took 17 months to complete. I would definitely not recommend.

A review of your file suggests that your claim was settled upon your instructions to rely on the medical evidence obtained and begin negotiations. Your claim settled for the correct amount as per the Whiplash Tariff System implemented in May 2021 with the Civil Liability Act 2018. With regards to the fees taken from the compensation, the fees were clearly explained to you at the outset of the claim, your agreement was provided by electronic signature and verbally during the initial call.
