Communication skills are awful and the process is not simple by any means. I still don't know the outcome of the claim.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. We are sorry that the communication with our office did not meet your expectations. We always strive to provide the highest level of service and update our clients at each key stage. We corresponded with you via email and letter to update you at the various milestones as your case progressed. Proceedings were issued against the insurer in regards to your case due to a poor offer and we were ultimately successful in secureing a more favourable settlement. The final damages cheque and outcome were sent out to you in March 2023.
