Upon review of your file, the airline informed us half of your party had been paid direct which you confirmed was correct. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our fees. We do note that you did agree to our fees in our terms and conditions when you submitted your claim. Unfortunately, the airline did not pay your compensation within the time limit provided and we had to initiate court proceedings. Once Court proceedings were issued, we were able to obtain a judgment against the airline to recover your compensation. We appreciate the length of time it took to recover your compensation however we were waiting on the court to enter Judgment. We are happy we were able to recover your compensation.
