We can confirm all losses were submitted to the Defendant in accordance with the expenses questionnaire you completed. When we received an offer of settlement for your claim, we contacted you with a clear breakdown of what had been offered for each head of loss. We then settled the claim following your instructions to do so.
We can see that there were some issues regarding communication at the start of the claim prior to your file being allocated to a specific handler, which we apologise for. However, it would seem once allocation had been completed that there were no delays with communication and all queries were addressed promptly.
