Following your comments, we have conducted a thorough review of your file. Review of the file showed that the timeframes in which we replied to your emails and call requests took place within the timeframes we advise. We have recently made changes to our telephone systems and reviewed how incoming calls are handled, we appreciate that prior to the changes you may have experienced some frustrations with trying to contact us via telephone which we apologise for.
We note your comments regarding the medical evidence, whilst we appreciate that you are unhappy with this evidence, we provided you with the evidence prior to the submission to any other parties, including the Court. Finally, we understand that the Barrister did post-pone and then unfortunately cancel the pre-trial conference.
However, this is unfortunately not something we are able to control based on the Barristers being independent to Bott and Co, whilst we understand that this was frustrating and upsetting for you we are not responsible for their diaries and therefore had no control over this matter.
