Not very helpful in securing a claim that is proportionate to the accident. Had an accident that wasn't my fault and ended up with a claim equalling to gas money.

Please note, your claim was valued under the strict Tariff system relevant to Whiplash Type Injuries since May 2021. We obtained your agreement to accept an offer inline with the tariff system, since the correct tariff was offered by the Defendant Insurers this does not allow us to negotiate since it is a fixed amount. We would be happy to provide you with further guidance around the tariff system should you wish to receive it. Kind regards, Bott and Co
