Terrible service left hand has no idea what right hand is doing. Took 7 months to get a payment for whiplash my prev claim was done in half that time.

We advised you that the negotiation period for your claim can take up to 50 working days, whilst we understand your frustration regarding this time frame, we are unable to change this. Good Afternoon, we are sorry that you are unhappy with the service from our staff. We would be willing to discuss this further with you if you could please advise of a suitable time for us to contact you. A review of your file does not show any indication of dissatisfaction whilst your claim was ongoing with us. Unfortunately, due to a change the Civil Liability Act 2018 that came into effect on the 31st May 2021, we are no longer entitled to recover costs from the Defendant Insurers therefore the only costs we get for dealing with your claim is deducted from clients compensations. However, in order to continue to allow us to provide this service we must charge a fee. Kind regards, Bott and Co.
