A review of your file does not show any indication of dissatisfaction whilst your claim was ongoing with us. Unfortunately, due to a change the Civil Liability Act 2018 that came into effect on the 31st May 2021, we are no longer entitled to recover costs from the Defendant Insurers therefore the only costs we get for dealing with your claim is deducted from clients compensations.
However, in order to continue to allow us to provide this service we must charge a fee.
