They were the only ones accepting our claim. More than that, the resolution time from start till wr got our payment was under 6 months.

Within a few weeks I had claimed and received a payment. I had no success dealing with it myself so the fee was totally worth it. Many thanks and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Not happy you took fee per passenger over 50% fee should be 25% so I will never ever recommend you.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our fees. We do note that you did agree to our fees in our terms and conditions when you submitted your claim. Unfortunately, the airline did not pay your compensation within the time limit provided and we had to initiate court proceedings. Once Court proceedings were issued, we were able to obtain a judgment against the airline to recover your compensation. We are happy we were able to recover your compensation.
