Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with our service. Upon review of your file, we note you instructed us on 11th July to pursue a claim for compensation. Multiple emails were sent to you on this date outlining our fees and the claims process. Within these emails there were also the terms and conditions you agreed to when you submitted your claim. Our terms and conditions allow our clients to withdraw their claim within 14 days. A short while later, we informed you the airline had agreed to pay your compensation. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with our fees. Upon review of your file, we note you and your party submitted your claim in June and your case settled in August. Upon your submission, we sent you and your party copies of our terms and conditions which outlined our fees and informed you of your right to cancel your instruction within 14 days. Furthermore, the airline asked for several documents from each member of your party which were swiftly received and actioned.
