Our fees are reflective in the amount of work we do and as the UK’s Number 1 flight delay firm, we do offer a seamless premium service. Upon your instruction to act for you, our terms and conditions were sent to you outlining our fees. Within our terms and conditions, we provide clients the opportunity to cancel their instruction within 14 days. We also have a number of template letters on our website for passengers to submit claims to airlines themselves. We also email our clients to ensure duplicate claims are not being presented to the airline and we inform all of our clients if the airline have agreed to pay you compensation then it is imperative that you let us know so that we don't take further unnecessary action against the airline.
