Our fees are reflective in the amount of work we do and as the UK’s Number 1 flight delay firm, we do offer a seamless premium service. Upon review of your file, we note you instructed us on 10th of July and our terms and conditions were sent to you outlining our fees. Within our terms and conditions, we provide clients the opportunity to cancel their instruction within 14 days. We note your case was settled on the 27th of July and we wrote to you confirming the amount of compensation awarded and the amount you would receive after our fees. You kindly instructed us how you would like to receive payment on the 28th of July and payment was made to you on the 31st of July’. Kind regards, Bott and Co.
