They did manage to get me a compensation but their fees are too important. They originally estimated that the "split" would be around 80% of the compensation awarded for me and 20% for them (as fees)

Whilst our fee structure is outlined to every client prior to submitting a claim, upon review of your file, we were able to recover your compensation within 30 days and we also recovered the maximum amount of compensation of €600 rather than €250 that was originally claimed.
