Thank you for your review, and we are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our service. Upon review of your file, your case was opened on 07/06/22 and we sent 4 letters to the airline asking for a response. Given the lack of response from the airline, we decided to issue Court proceedings and a settlement offer was sent by the airline immediately. We are pleased we were able to recover your compensation by taking the airline to court. Unfortunately, as the airline repeatedly ignored our letters, we had to take further action to recover your compensation. In terms of our fees, our fees are set out as soon as our clients submitted their claim and all clients are given 14 days to withdraw should they not be happy with our terms. Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you are disappointed with our fees. We actively encourage passengers to claim direct against airlines before pursuing their claims with Bott and Co. We offer free template letters to airlines on our website for any passengers who wish to claim direct. Our fees are clearly stated in our terms and conditions and we give our clients 14 days to review these and withdraw at any point if they are not happy with any terms in the document. In your particular case we were able to recover your compensation on 27th October 2022. We can see that payment minus our agreed deductions was successfully completed to all passengers on 4th May 2023. Kind regards, Bott and Co.
